Dr. Sean McDonald, MD

Sean McDonald, MD, began his career in the Western Kentucky area as a partner in a local neurosurgical practice and soon realized a void in the conservative treatment options available in traditional medicine. With Dr. McDonald’s commitment to developing alternative healthcare solutions, he began researching the advancements in regenerative medicine. He is also a member of the American Academy of Orthopedic Medicine and received the Gold Medal in 2000 for the highest marks on the Neurosurgical Fellowship Exams.  Outside the walls of IMAC, Dr. McDonald enjoys a competitive game of soccer or volleyball and spending time with his miniature dachshund, Ellie.

Dr. Rachel Rome, MD

Rachel Rome, MD, is an anesthesiologist and interventional pain management specialist.  Though she hails from the New Orleans area, she has been providing multidisciplinary treatments for patients in the surrounding Nashville area for over 8 years.  She is passionate about providing comprehensive individualized care and focuses on educating patients on regenerative treatment options. She utilizes the process of creating living, functional tissues to repair or replace lost tissue or organ function due to age, disease, or damage.

Dr. Rome graduated from Christian Brothers University in Memphis, TN and stayed to earn her medical degree from the University of Tennessee.  She completed her Anesthesiology Residency training and Pain Management Fellowship training at the University of Virginia Health Science System in Charlottesville, Virginia and is board certified in both specialties.

Dr. Ricardo Knight, MD

Ricardo A. Knight, M.D., MBA received his Medical Degree in 1993 from State University of New York at Buffalo, School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences but began his career in rehabilitation medicine as a Physical Therapist in 1987. Dr. Knight received his training in Internal Medicine and Physical Medicine & Rehabilitation Medicine at Temple University in Philadelphia and is board certified by the American Board of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. Dr. Knight obtained his MBA from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business.

Over his career Dr. Knight has held positions at many prominent institutions including Harvard Medical School, and the Rehabilitation Institute of Chicago. Among Dr. Knight’s many leadership positions include serving as the Spinal Cord Program Medical Director at Van Matre Healthsouth Rehabilitation Hospital in Rockford, and on the Board of Directors of UCAN, a child social service organization.

Dr. Devin Bell

Dr. Devin Bell is board certified as a Family Practice physician and is the lead medical doctor at Ozzie Smith IMAC Regeneration Center. He earned his Bachelor’s Degree in biology at Westminster College in Fulton, Missouri and attended medical school at Kansas City University of Medicine and Biosciences in Kansas City, Missouri. He completed his residency in Family Practice through Deaconess Health Systems in Evansville, Indiana. Dr. Bell has always treated his patients from the wellness perspective, so it’s only natural that he was drawn to the IMAC integrated health approach of treatment for the whole patient.  He strongly advocates for the combination of fitness, nutrition, and wellness for one to enjoy all that life has to offer.  Dr. Bell is a big fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, and enjoys being part of the Ozzie Smith-IMAC team.

Dr. Donald Douglas

Dr. Donald Douglas is the lead medical doctor at the Tony Delk IMAC Regeneration Center.  He is the 14th child of 16 children and proudly attended medical school at the University of Kentucky College of Medicine.  Dr. Douglas completed his residency at the University of Kentucky Department of Orthopedics and University of Louisville Department of Anesthesia…and specializes in Orthopedic Surgery and Interventional Pain Management. He is an avid runner and enjoys hiking, as well.  Dr. Douglas has been married to his lovely wife for 38 years.  Together they raised three children that have followed their father into the medical field.
